So, what is vitality anyway?
by Vital Life Team
Vital Life is a brand that believes in vitality for all. But is that even a thing?
We think so. The dictionary definition of vitality is to have ‘physical, mental and emotional strength’. It’s not just about being able to lift higher and run faster, but being able to embrace the world with confidence as the best version of yourself, whatever that looks like to you.
For us, vitality starts with feeling safe.
Hand sanitiser may sound like one of the least sexy products in the world, but we think it’s one of the most liberating. Used alongside other precautionary measures, it gives you the freedom to do the things you want to do with a little more confidence. Whether it’s an added spring in your step, a more optimistic outlook, or just being able to sleep at night knowing you’re doing all you can to stay safe, just a few squirts of hand sanitiser can do wonders for your wellbeing.
Safe on the outside. Thriving on the inside.
Staying safe is the first step to a life full of vitality. The next is to make sure you fuel your body with the right foods it needs. A carefully balanced diet is essential to looking and feeling at your best. But even with the best intentions, sometimes we can all use a helping hand to get the nutrients we need. That’s why we’ve been working on a range of essential vitamins and supplements that will help make it easier to get the balance right. And in keeping with our promise of vitality for all, we’ll be making them affordable too.
Lifting the spirits.
Finally, we can’t talk about health and wellbeing without mentioning mental health. Despite most of us experiencing challenges to our mental health at some point in our lives, for years it was something people wouldn’t (or couldn’t) talk about.
Thankfully, today the world is much more understanding of the wide range of mental health issues people can face. Whether you’ve experienced short term episodes, have something you’ve learned to manage over the years, or are lucky enough to have not had any problems, taking the time to invest in your mental health and work out what works for you is the final piece of the vitality puzzle. It can give you the power to live in the moment, recognise your strengths, and make the most of who you are.
